We
have had the pleasure and privilege of working with the Trevor Smith team over
the past year. We were the developer of a 5 unit condominium complex in Incline Village,
NV. Prior to the project even being completed we were in escrow on all of the units.
During the past year Trevor also assisted us with leasing commercial space in
town.
Over
the years we have bought and sold several properties through many other real
estate firms. We can honestly say that Trevor’s team has been the most organized and
professional group we have worked with. From the time we signed our listing agreement late
last year it was clear his office had a definitive marketing plan for our
property. This plan was multi-faceted. They made creative use of the Internet
as well as direct mail, newspaper ads and regular open houses in order to promote our
property.
Once
we began to receive interest in the property Trevor and his team did an
effective job of communicating with us concerning interested buyers. When
offers were received we received helpful tips and suggestions when
constructing counter offers. Communication during this critical time period
was exemplary. As a seller, it was always reassuring to know that each member of Trevor’s
team was knowledgeable about the proposed transactions.
Once
escrows were opened, Trevor and his team did a great job of paying attention
to all of the details associated with each transaction. In many cases this included
communicating with the buyer and/or buyer’s agent to keep the process moving forward. In addition
Trevor played a vital role in coordinating with our contractor to insure the project was completed in a timely
manner and that the final product was built according to specifications.
Having
now completed the project, we can honestly say that Trevor and his associates
were an integral and invaluable part of our development team. We are grateful and appreciative of their
